The Sarlat agency was created in 1957 under the name of « TRIESTE & VENISE  » (now «GENERALI »)  and under the auspices of « LA CONCORDE », subsidiary of GROUPE GENERALI.

In 1965, Claude LAROCHE took this small portfolio of activity and raised it to 100th place of top agencies in France. In 1979 he was one of the very first to computerise his entire system. At this time he represented the following companies « GENERALI », « LA CONCORDE », « EUROP-ASSISTANCE », « L’EUROPEENNE DE PROTECTION JURIDIQUE ».

In 1986, Patrice BESSE, took over from him and in one decade quintupled the turnover.
Today with the fusions of the companies  : « LA CONCORDE ». « LA FRANCE », «  ZURICH », « LE CONTINENT » the agency is in the top 100 with 1.100 agencies in France.
